As a form on mindfulness, shortly after his passing, I created an illustration of Stevie from one of my favourite photos of him.
I had the idea to get a one-off shirt printed so that I could wear it when I go to shows and it would be like having him close to my heart and he’d be watching along with me.
Then I thought of the Martin clan and all Stevie’s friends and it felt a bit selfish to keep that for myself. I’d like to open it up to all of Stevie’s friends to share in the experience with me.
Imagine rocking up to the pub on any particular night and you might have 5 people wearing Stevie loud and proud on their front.
The intention is not to make profit from this and I have set the price just to cover costs based on a quote from the screen printers for the set up, print and supply of garments. If I happen to end up with any profits, a donation will be made in Stevie’s honour to Support Act.
